We have strict set procedure for returning goods.
If you do not follow our guidelines as laid out below step by step you will not receive credit for your returned merchandise. Please read and understand all of these steps before returning merchandise.SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. We want you to be pleased with your purchase and will be happy to work with you on returns.

Step 1: Call us at 561-584-8432 or e-mail shopperfriend12@aol.com

Step 2: Receive a RA# from customer representative. Be sure to include this # on the outside of your return package.

Step 3: Get correct return address. (As we deal with many vendors this address varies.)

Step 4: Be sure to get insurance on the return package.(If package is lost and you fail to insure it you will not receive credit.)


Item must be in new, unworn condition, in original pkg. in perfect condition.If shoe box is unusable will not credit and will return to customer at their expense. Must be returned before 15 DAYS. You will be credited for your purchase minus the shipping and the 20% re-stock fee. THE RESTOCK FEE IS WAIVED IF ANOTHER ORDER IS PLACED AT THAT TIME.

There is a 20% restock fee on all returns. There are no refunds on shipping charges.If an order is processed, then canceled before shipping there is a 10% processing fee.

REGARDING FIT AND SIZES
We are not be responsible for knowing the size shoe you need. We are happy to discuss the size with you and will do our best to put you into the right pair of shoes. PLEASE try on a pair DM'S and verify your UK size if at all possible. We make every effort to give you as much info on the clothing sizes as possible, however, we cannot guarantee fit on these items. Our goal is to give our customers excellent   service, and find that special shoe, boot, sandal ,shirt or jkt. you were not able to find in your immediate area.
