Adult Shoes: If the item is ($100 or more) and in our inventory it will be shipped FREE GROUND UNLESS INSTRUCTED OTHERWISE.Under $100.00 usually $10.00 for ground ship.Varies by size & weight. We do not authorize  pkgs. being left without a signature. If you prefer 3 day shipping  cost is approximately $25.00   per pair, you must specify 3 day.  If you desire a faster method we will be happy to price it for you.

Kids Shoes: If the item is in our inventory and the order is over $100.00 it will be shipped FREE GROUND UNLESS INSTRUCTED OTHERWISE. Less than $100.00 will be RPS Ground. The cost is approximately $8.00 Shipping and handling. If you desire a faster method we will be happy to price it for you.

Special orders:  If we need to special order a shoe, it will be drop shipped. Sent FREE GROUND UNLESS INSTRUCTED OTHERWISE. For 3 day UPS, it will cost $15.00 Shipping and Handling FOR 1  PAIR. If you special order a pair of boots higher then 10 eye the cost is $24.00.

We have strict set procedure for returning goods.
If you do not follow our guidelines as laid out below step by step you will not receive credit for your returned merchandise. Please read and understand all of these steps before returning any merchandise. We want you to be pleased with your purchase and will be happy to work with you on returns.

Step 2: Receive a RA# from customer representative. Be sure to include this # on the outside of your return package.

Step 3: Get correct return address. (As we deal with many vendors this address varies.)

Step 4: Be sure to get insurance on the return package.(If package is lost and you fail to insure it you will not receive credit.)

There is a 15% restocking fee on returned mchds.
Item must be in new, unworn condition. Must be returned before 15 days. You will be credited for your purchase minus the shipping. THE RESTOCK FEE IS WAIVED IF ANOTHER ORDER IS PLACED AT THAT TIME.

There are no refunds on shipping charges.

REGARDING FIT AND SIZES
We are not be responsible for knowing the size shoe you need. We are happy to discuss the size with you and will do our best to put you into the right pair of shoes. PLEASE try on a pair DM'S and verify your UK size if at all possible. We make every effort to give you as much info on the clothing sizes as possible, however, we cannot guarantee fit on these items. Our goal is to give our customers excellent   service, and find that special shoe, boot, sandal ,shirt or jkt. you were not able to find in your immediate area.
